Beltone Envision Cross
Different Name: Same Company & Technology
Please note that Beltone hearing aids have exactly the same features and capabilities as the ReSound devices. So the latest Beltone Envisions hearing aid is the same in hardware to the latest Resound Vivia hearing aid. Beltone hearing aids are now manufactured in GN’s facilities, including those in Denmark and possibly other GN Resound facilities abroad.
Beltone Envision with M&RIE Receivers
GN Hearing have not only developed a great new generation of hearing aids, but have also importantly developed their receivers (speaker units) that deliver the sound into your ear canals. Their innovative M&RIE receiver stands for Microphone & Receiver In The Ear.
Key benefits of using the M&RIE receiver with new Beltone Envision:
- Improved Sound Localisation: M&RIE receivers are positioned at the entrance of the ear canal, which closely mimics the natural placement of the ear’s microphone. This results in better localization of sound sources, allowing wearers to pinpoint the direction of sounds more accurately.
- Enhanced Natural Sound Quality: By capturing sound at the ear canal entrance, M&RIE technology captures natural ear resonances and acoustics, preserving the rich and authentic sound quality of the wearer’s own ears. This leads to more natural and immersive listening experiences.
- Reduced Wind Noise: M&RIE receivers are less susceptible to wind noise interference compared to traditional behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids, making outdoor activities more enjoyable for users.
- Improved Comfort and Cosmetics: The compact design of M&RIE receivers allows for a more discreet and comfortable hearing aid. They are less visible and more cosmetically appealing, which can boost user confidence.
- Better Feedback Control: M&RIE technology can help mitigate feedback (whistling) issues often associated with hearing aids, allowing for higher amplification levels without discomfort.
- Increased Speech Clarity: Users of M&RIE receivers report improved speech understanding, particularly in noisy environments, as they provide a more natural listening experience with better noise reduction capabilities.
- Customisation Options: M&RIE receivers can be tailored to the individual’s ear canal shape and hearing needs, leading to a more personalized and effective hearing solution
For the best performance the combination of Beltone Envision 17 with M&RIE receiver is recommended where suitable.
