Our Hearing Service Packages ensure your hearing health is routinely monitored and your hearing aids are always optimised. Please select from one of our excellent value hearing health care packages or simply pay as you go as per our schedule of fees. All up front and transparent so no hidden surprises.
Description
Bundle A: 3 Years of Unlimited Clinical Services: $1425 (Best Value)
Our best value package includes all the services illustrated as per the one year package but over 3 years.
We include six monthly hearing aid cleaning and maintenance checks, your annual re-assessments and adjustment appointments.
Our specialty services of wax removal, tinnitus counselling and remote care appointments are all included in this package.
You can book in at any stage throughout three years for fine tuning appointments as required without any additional fees.
Bundle B: 1 Year of Unlimited Clinical Services: $945
A more comprehensive option which includes the diagnostic hearing test, fitting and follow up with unlimited service for 12 months.
We include a 4th month Adaptation Review, 6th month hearing aid cleaning and maintenance appointment as well as end of year Re-assessment and adjustment.
The additional touch points afford more performance checks and coaching opportunity in effective use and management. We also include specialty services such as wax removal, tinnitus counselling and remote care appointments.
You can book in at any stage throughout the year for fine tuning appointments as required without any additional fees.
Bundle C: Fitting & Follow-ups (60 days): $365
Our minimum package for In-Clinic or Remote hearing aid fittings. You attain a diagnostic hearing test, comprehensive fitting with real ear measurements verification (REM’s) as well as follow up and fine tuning appointments for 60 days.
We ensure you are thoroughly coached in the use and maintenance of you hearing aids so you are a confident, effective user.
These services can also be attained via our Remote Care in the comfort of your own home using an App.
Unbundled – Pay as you Go:
With this option there are no services included with the purchase of the hearing aids. We can mail the hearing aids to you or your preferred hearing clinic. Alternatively you can pay per visit for the itemised services delivered. Please see our schedule of service fees.
Alternatively, we can send the hearing aids to you or a service provider of your choice. Our genuine name brand hearing aids are unlocked so you can have them adjusted at a clinic most convenient to you.
