My experience with Andrew McKendrick at Harmony Hearing, Fremantle has been outstanding. Andrew has helped me to accept the reality of my need to wear aids with encouragement and understanding. He has a compassionate nature and really cares about his patients' wellbeing. I know at any time if I have a problem with my aids, he will make the time at his earliest convenience to assist. I cannot recommend Harmony Hearing, Fremantle highly enough to help any prospective patient to overcome the stigma related to wearing aid.

I am now on my third set of hearing aids in 12 years, having used other companies for the earlier sets. Since dealing with Andrew I have found his professionalism and attention to detail excellent.The follow up service and his ability to listen and help with finite adjustments (I work in a noisy environment) certainly makes you feel appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending HARMONY HEARING and Andrew in particular

After a lot of research and having "free" hearing tests with a number of audiologists from different hearing aid providers, I chose Harmony Hearing to have my old hearing aids replaced. Their attention to detail and sincere approach in providing an aid to meet my requirements, both financially and technically, was well above expectations. My life changed the day I walked into Harmony Hearing I never imagined how my life has changed dramatically.The service I have received has been wonderful. I could not hope for anything better. Audiologist: Andrew Mackendrick has gone well beyond what is expected of him and I couldn't be any more grateful & happier.
