Bluetooth Low Energy Audio
Beltone Serene has adopted the use of Bluetooth LE Audio, the latest Bluetooth capability to be rolled out globally. It is deemed a more stable, reliable form of bluetooth that will become available in public places such as train stations and stadiums. Bluetooth Low Energy Audio provides higher sound quality with lower power consumption. You can connect multiple devices simultaneously and allows for Two-way communications, hands free calls in Android™ phones. Also it is AuraCast Ready described as follows.
Auracast™ Ready
Using this new Low Energy Audio, Beltone Serene is ready for Auracast broadcast audio which is a new bluetooth system that allows public venues such as conference centres, movie theatres, transport centres, places of worship, restaurants and gyms to publicly broadcast information directly through these bluetooth hearing devices. This capability is activated and deactivated at will by the hearing aids wearer. It is said that by 2027, 3 Billion LE Audio devices will be connected by Auracast and that there is currently around 2.5 million locations globally that can broadcast via Auracast.

The new Imagine Rechargeable hearing aids have an integrated lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The charging dock provides the charging over night. Their LED indicator lights show the charge status of the hearing aids. There’s also a premium charger that provides three additional charge cycles with it’s built in Lithium Ion power pack it has addition LED lights that indicate its charge status.
